  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves presenting products or services to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through leads, networking, and research.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet customer needs.
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified timeframe.
    • Conduct sales presentations to showcase product value.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Ideally, familiarity with HubSpot CRM tools.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

  • We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Customer Success Manager/Onboarding Manager to join our team. As a CSM, you will act as the primary advocate for our clients, ensuring they successfully onboard and maximize the value of our software solutions. You will play a critical role in the onboarding process and identifying expansion opportunities, all while delivering an exceptional customer support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of software clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing usage of our solutions.
    • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business goals and objectives to align our software solutions with their needs.
    • Drive adoption by providing training, resources, and best practices to clients, helping them realize the full potential of our software.
    • Monitor client health metrics, proactively address risks, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to address client issues and deliver seamless solutions.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess progress, identify challenges, and highlight ROI.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client accounts, partnering closely with the sales team.
    • Gather and relay client feedback to the Product team, contributing to ongoing software enhancements and improvements.
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, progress, and account activity using CRM tools.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role within the IT or software industry.
    • Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS models, and technology implementation processes.
    • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to analyse client data, track usage trends, and recommend strategies for improvement.
    • Familiarity with CRM tool HubSpot is a plus.
    • Experience in identifying and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
    • A results-driven and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
